Itinerary

Day 01: Kerala Backwater Tour (90kms-2.5hrs)

Welcome to God’s own Country. On arrival our representative will greet you at Cochin Airport and then depart to Kumarakom for your Kerala Backwater holiday. Reach & check-in at the hotel and relax for some time amidst the comfort of your area. Kumarakom is blessed with the Vembanad Lake that has its majestic channels, streams and distributaries along its banks weave an intricate and delightfully beautiful network. The significant attraction of Kumarakom is the bird sanctuary that lies in the edge of the lands of an old estate in which a profusion of all sorts of birds can be observed. Different domestic birds like cuckoo, wild duck, egret, darters, herons, teal, and water bird could be seen in abundance here, just as much as the Siberian stork that migrate to this area every year. Today your stay would be in a Kumarakom backwater resort.

Day 02: Alleppy Backwater Tour (40km-1hrs)

After staying with the nature, relish the morning breakfast and proceed to Alleppey. Check in to the houseboat which Is an indigenously developed and designed private vessel with fully furnished spacious bath attached bed rooms, hygiene kitchen, dining area and private front deck to catch the beauty of the back waters. Cruise through the Coconut fringed narrow canals, and the exceptional life of the backwater. Individuals and above all the nature around you’ll make long lasting impressions on your thoughts. Today your stay would be in traditional Kerala Houseboat.

Day 03: Alleppey to Cochin Departure (120Kms-3hrs)

Relish your Kerala breakfast, today is the culmination of your Kerala Backwater Tour. Checkout of the houseboat at 9.00 am and transfer to Cochin Airport with ever lasting memories of a holiday you will never forgets. End of services.

Inclusions/Exclusions

COST INCLUDES :

  1.       Breakfast at all places and Meals as per described on the Itinerary
  2.       Accommodation on Twin Sharing basis at the Hotels mentioned or Similar
  3.       Sightseeing as per Itinerary.
  4.       All Currently applicable taxes.

 

COST EXCLUDES:

 

  1.       Air Fare / Train fare with taxes until specified in the Cost Inclusions.
  2.       COVID test costs, if required by the destination of your visit.
  3.       Vehicles quoted in the package will only cover Sightseeing / Places as mentioned in the itinerary and are not at Disposal, until specified. Extra usage of vehicles other than sightseeing mentioned in the Inclusion, will be charged extra.
  4.       Travel Insurance and Meals other than those not specified in the above “cost includes”.
  5.       Any expenses of Personal nature such as Mini bar items, Optional Tours, laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, mineral water, soft & hard drinks, rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, joy ride (Toy Train), portage etc not forming the part of the given itinerary.
  6.       Entrance Fees & Guide charges, until not included in “Cost Includes”.
  7.       Any cost arising due to natural calamities such as landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), flight delays, on tour changes etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
  8.       Any increase in taxes or fuel price OR seasonal surcharges (due to festivals / events at the place of visit), leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure. 
  9.       Any on-tour changes / last minute changes while on tour, will be charged extra. Applicable cancellations will be levied in case of last minute cancellations as per hotel policy.
  10.       5.00% Govt. Service Tax.
  11.       Anything which is not mentioned in Cost Inclusions.

Quote does not mean confirmation of the booking. A line of confirmation is required to enable us to hold the booking after due advances are made. The car offered in the tour is not at disposal, it will cover points as per the itinerary and for any deviation, the cost of extra Kms needs to be settled directly with the driver on tour itself.

 

IMPORTANT NOTES :

 

  1.       Standard Check in time for major Hotels is 1200hrs and Check out time is 1100hrs. And the rooms quoted unless specified are all based on Standard category Rooms by default and until it is specified in the above “cost includes”.
  2.       If at all the given hotel is not available then a hotel at par will be offered.
  3.       The above quote is based on as of date pricing. Any increase in the airfare / hotel cost due to seasonality, tax change, availability on the date of confirmation – will be duly charged. 
  4.       For the confirmation of tour package, we would require a minimum deposit of 30% of the total tour cost quoted to you, balance to be settled at least 15 Days prior to your departure, thereafter the clearance of payments – accordingly the confirmation vouchers will be handed over to you upon receiving 100% payments.
  5.       Prices are valid for the stated travel period and are of defined validity, any change in the dates or number of passengers will lead to re-costing.
