Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Delhi

Upon arrival at New Delhi International Airport, DTravco representative will receive you with warm welcome. Then you would be transferred to the pre-booked hotel in Delhi, the capital city of India. Freshen up and relax. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.

 

Day 02: Delhi

Take a very hearty breakfast at the hotel, and then embark on full day guided city tour of Delhi, the national capital of India. Major attractions include Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Rajghat, Qutub Minar, Humayun’s Tomb, Lotus Temple, India Gate, Laxmi Narayan Temple, President House, Parliament House, etc. On time get back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 03: Delhi - Haridwar

Take breakfast and then check out from the hotel in Delhi. Thereafter drive to Haridwar, a holy city in the state of Uttarakhand. Check at the pre-booked hotel upon arrival in Haridwar. Freshen up and relax. Later proceed for some sightseeing visiting temples, ashrams and Ayurvedic centers. Get back to the hotel. Enjoy Ayurvedic herbal body massages at the hotel and feel yourself completely rejuvenated. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Day 04: Haridwar - Rishikesh

Take breakfast and check out from the hotel in Haridwar and thereafter drive to nearby city Rishikesh. Check in at the pre-booked hotel upon arrival at Rishikesh in Uttarakhand. Later proceed for sightseeing visiting various temples, ashrams, and yoga & meditation centers. Spend rest of the day at leisure enjoy facilities available at the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Day 05 - 08: Rishikesh

Properly prepared healthy meal will be provided during these days in Rishikesh stay. Attend morning yoga & meditation session. Feel yourself rejuvenated with Ayurvedic herbal body massages. Attend evening yoga & meditation session. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Day 09: Rishikesh - Shivpuri

Check out form the hotel in Rishikesh after having your breakfast and then drive to Shivpuri. Upon arrival at Shivpuri, check in at the Nature Camp Resort situated on the banks of the River Ganges. Freshen up and relax. Later in the afternoon, enjoy nature safari to explore the beauty of surroundings. Enjoy delightful campfire dinner and stay overnight at the resort.

Day 10: Shivpuri

 

In the early morning, attend the Yoga and Meditation Session held at the resort. After having yogic breakfast, get ready very exciting river rafting on the river Ganges. Have lunch at the resort. Spend rest of the day at leisure. Attend evening yoga & mediation session at the resort. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the resort.

Day 11: Shivpuri - Delhi

 

Have a very hearty breakfast and then check out from the resort at Shivpuri. Later drive back to Delhi via Rishikesh and Haridwar. On arrival in Delhi check in at the hotel. Freshen up and relax. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Day 12: Delhi - Onward

 

Have a leisurely breakfast at the hotel. The day is free for relaxation. Later proceed for last minute sopping in the markets of Delhi. On time get back to the hotel. After a farewell dinner organized at the hotel by DTravco, get transferred to the Delhi Airport with full assistance by our representative. Board flight for your home/onward destination with sweet memories of North India Ayurveda Tour. The tour concludes.

Inclusions/Exclusions

COST INCLUDES :

  1.       Breakfast at all places and Meals as per described on the Itinerary
  2.       Accommodation on Twin Sharing basis at the Hotels mentioned or Similar
  3.       Sightseeing as per Itinerary.
  4.       All Currently applicable taxes.

 

COST EXCLUDES:

 

  1.       Air Fare / Train fare with taxes until specified in the Cost Inclusions.
  2.       COVID test costs, if required by the destination of your visit.
  3.       Vehicles quoted in the package will only cover Sightseeing / Places as mentioned in the itinerary and are not at Disposal, until specified. Extra usage of vehicles other than sightseeing mentioned in the Inclusion, will be charged extra.
  4.       Travel Insurance and Meals other than those not specified in the above “cost includes”.
  5.       Any expenses of Personal nature such as Mini bar items, Optional Tours, laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, mineral water, soft & hard drinks, rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, joy ride (Toy Train), portage etc not forming the part of the given itinerary.
  6.       Entrance Fees & Guide charges, until not included in “Cost Includes”.
  7.       Any cost arising due to natural calamities such as landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), flight delays, on tour changes etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
  8.       Any increase in taxes or fuel price OR seasonal surcharges (due to festivals / events at the place of visit), leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure. 
  9.       Any on-tour changes / last minute changes while on tour, will be charged extra. Applicable cancellations will be levied in case of last minute cancellations as per hotel policy.
  10.       5.00% Govt. Service Tax.
  11.       Anything which is not mentioned in Cost Inclusions.

Quote does not mean confirmation of the booking. A line of confirmation is required to enable us to hold the booking after due advances are made. The car offered in the tour is not at disposal, it will cover points as per the itinerary and for any deviation, the cost of extra Kms needs to be settled directly with the driver on tour itself.

 

IMPORTANT NOTES :

 

  1.       Standard Check in time for major Hotels is 1200hrs and Check out time is 1100hrs. And the rooms quoted unless specified are all based on Standard category Rooms by default and until it is specified in the above “cost includes”.
  2.       If at all the given hotel is not available then a hotel at par will be offered.
  3.       The above quote is based on as of date pricing. Any increase in the airfare / hotel cost due to seasonality, tax change, availability on the date of confirmation – will be duly charged. 
  4.       For the confirmation of tour package, we would require a minimum deposit of 30% of the total tour cost quoted to you, balance to be settled at least 15 Days prior to your departure, thereafter the clearance of payments – accordingly the confirmation vouchers will be handed over to you upon receiving 100% payments.
  5.       Prices are valid for the stated travel period and are of defined validity, any change in the dates or number of passengers will lead to re-costing.
