Full day city tour of bodhgaya, visit Sujata Village, Niranjana River & various International monasteries. later evening visit Mahabodhi Temple.

Varanasi is famous for Hindus and Buddhists as its close proximity to Sarnath.

Boat excursion on the river Ganges, a ferry pilgrimage from ghat to ghat. People bathe early in the morning to offer the prayers to the rising sun. Come back to hotel for breakfast. After then drive to Kushinagar.

visit Mahaparinirvana Temple (where Buddha took his last breathe) and Rambhar Stupa (cremation site of lord Buddha). Lunch at hotel. After lunch drive toward Lumbini (170 kms. / 04 hrs drive) to Lumbini (in Nepal).

visit Holy Birth place of Lord Buddha. After visit back to Hotel. Lunch at hotel. Drive to Sravasti (200 Kms/ 5 hrs.)

Itinerary

01: Kolkata - Gaya

Arrival assistance and transfer to the hotel. Recovery day. Overnight in the hotel.

Day 02: Bodhgaya

After breakfast, visit Bodh Gaya, visit the Bodhi tree inspired by the Buddha, visit Mahabo Bodhi Temple, and have lunch at the hotel. After lunch, visit Sujata village and Dungeshwari hills. Overnight in the hotel. 

Day 03: Bodhgaya - Rajgir - Nalanda – Bodhgaya

After having breakfast at the hotel and heading to Rajgir (102 km), Rajgiri is a very sacred and important place for Buddhists. In the afternoon, visit Gridhakuta Mountain, Bimbisar Prison and Ajatashatru Fortress. After lunch, transfer to Nalanda (12 kilometers). World University and International Buddhist Research Center. Nalanda University is one of the best monastic universities in the ancient world.It is believed that Lord Mahavir, the Buddha and the founder of the teachings, taught at this university for many years. There is even a memorial dedicated to the vagrant Chinese monk and writer Hiwen Tsang (Hiwen Tsang) who lived in the 7th century BC. Studying in this university should make it easier. Return to Bodhgaya. Overnight in the hotel.

Day 04: Bodhgaya / Varanasi

After Breakfast leave Bodhgaya for Varanasi by surface (250 kms / 7 hrs). Varanasi is famous for Hindus and Buddhists as its close proximity to Sarnath. Arrival check in to the hotel and then proceed to Sarnath (14 kms), Visit Dhamekha Stupa and Deer park. Later Back to Varanasi. Overnight at hotel.

Day 05: Varanasi – Kushinagar

Early morning boat trip on the Ganges in Varanasi-Kushinagar, and a ferry pilgrimage from Ghat to Ghat. People bathe in the early morning and pray to the rising sun. Return to the hotel for breakfast. Then transfer to Kushinagar (260 km / 7 hours). Have lunch in a beautiful motel.Upon arrival, Kushnagar will check in at the hotel. Overnight in the hotel.

Day 06: Kushinagar – Lumbini

After breakfast at the hotel, proceed to Mahaparinirvana Temple (Buddha’s Last Breath) and Rambhar Stupa (Buddha’s Crematorium). After lunch, transfer to Lumbini (170 km / 4 h).By car) to Lumbini (Nepal). Please obtain a double entry visa for India and a single entry visa for Nepal. ) Check into the hotel upon arrival. Overnight in the hotel.

Day 07: Lumbini – Sravasti

After breakfast at the hotel. Buddha’s house. After the visit, we will return to the hotel.Enjoy lunch at the hotel. Drive to Sravasti (200 km / 5 h. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 08: Sravasti - Lucknow - Delhi Deparutre.

After breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Lucknow after lunch (170 km/ 4 hours).Upon arrival, transfer to the railway station and connect the train to Delhi. After arriving in Delhi, transfer to the airport to connect the flight to the destination.

COST INCLUDES :

  2.       Accommodation on Twin Sharing basis at the Hotels mentioned or Similar
  3.       Sightseeing as per Itinerary.
  4.       All Currently applicable taxes.

COST EXCLUDES: 

  1.       Air Fare / Train fare with taxes until specified in the Cost Inclusions.
  2.       COVID test costs, if required by the destination of your visit.
  3.       Vehicles quoted in the package will only cover Sightseeing / Places as mentioned in the itinerary         and are not at Disposal, until specified. Extra usage of vehicles other than sightseeing          mentioned in the Inclusion, will be charged extra.
  4.       Travel Insurance and Meals other than those not specified in the above “cost includes”.
  5.       Any expenses of Personal nature such as Mini bar items, Optional Tours, laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, mineral water, soft & hard drinks, rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, joy ride (Toy Train), portage etc not forming the part of the given itinerary.
  6.       Entrance Fees & Guide charges, until not included in “Cost Includes”.
  7.       Any cost arising due to natural calamities such as landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), flight delays, on tour changes etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
  8.       Any increase in taxes or fuel price OR seasonal surcharges (due to festivals / events at the place of visit), leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure. 
  9.       Any on-tour changes / last minute changes while on tour, will be charged extra. Applicable cancellations will be levied in case of last minute cancellations as per hotel policy.
  10.       5.00% Govt. Service Tax.
  11.       Anything which is not mentioned in Cost Inclusions.

  1.       Standard Check in time for major Hotels is 1200hrs and Check out time is 1100hrs. And the    rooms quoted unless specified are all based on Standard category Rooms by default and until it is specified in the above “cost includes”.
  2.       If at all the given hotel is not available then a hotel at par will be offered.
  3.       The above quote is based on as of date pricing. Any increase in the airfare / hotel cost due to seasonality, tax change, availability on the date of confirmation – will be duly charged. 
  4.       For the confirmation of tour package, we would require a minimum deposit of 30% of the total tour cost quoted to you, balance to be settled at least 15 Days prior to your departure, thereafter the clearance of payments – accordingly the confirmation vouchers will be handed over to you upon receiving 100% payments.
  5.       Prices are valid for the stated travel period and are of defined validity, any change in the dates or number of passengers will lead to re-costing.
