This is a very exclusive way of discovering Europe. You have the choice of touring in a Saloon Car for up to 2 pax or in a Multi Purpose Vehicle (MPV) for 3-7 Pax. Our Experienced Chauffeurs will take care of all your needs for the duration of the tour. All Sightseeing Tours are on a Private Basis and you will have an English Speaking Guide or any other language that you may require for all your Guided Tours.

There’s also walking paths all around the falls making it easy to take fantastic photographs from different angles. Later we will visit Myvatn Geothermal Lake. Explore the beautiful scenery around Lake Mývatn. Formed during a volcanic eruption 2,300 yrs ago, the geothermal area is a haven for a massive number of birds.

En route to Hofn, catch a glimpse of Vatnajokull glacier, It is also known as the Water Glacier in English, is the largest and most voluminous ice cap in Iceland, and one of the largest in area in Europe. It is the second largest glacier in area after Austfonna on Svalbard in Norway but, nevertheless, larger by volume. the largest ice cap in Europe.
visit the Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon, with a chance to see seals sun bathing on the bright blue ice. Jökulsárlón is a glacial lagoon, bordering Vatnajökull National Park in southeastern Iceland. Its still, blue waters are dotted with icebergs from the surrounding Breiðamerkurjökull Glacier, part of larger Vatnajökull Glacier. The Glacier Lagoon flows through a short waterway into the Atlantic Ocean, leaving chunks of ice on a black sand beach..

Later we continue to Akureyri. Arrive in Akureyri and check in hotel. Akureyri is a city at the base of Eyjafjörður Fjord in northern Iceland. In the center, the 1940 Akureyri Church has stained-glass windows portraying scenes from Icelandic Christian history. There are views of the fjord from the forecourt. Nearby, the Akureyri Art Museum displays contemporary art from Iceland and farther afield. To the south are the Botanical Gardens, with specimens from across Iceland. Rest of the evening free to explore this city. Overnight at Hotel.

Atlantic salmon and brown trout thrive in the river, feeding on the healthy midge fly population that swarm over the waters in the summer. Then on to visit the Dimmuborgir Lava Fields. Walk the marked pathways to spot arches and pillars or check out lava caves. Meaning ‘dark forts’ in Icelandic, Dimmuborgir is an area of lava fields with black lava formations on display in dramatic fashion. Then on route we will stop at Námaskarð where we will see the bubbling mud pools and steaming fumaroles. There are some wooden pathways around the area but most visitors prefer to get up close to look at the pools, but be careful, the mud in this area is thick and sticky and the residue from the steam can stain clothing. Finally we will visit Dettifoss Waterfall. Detiifoss Waterfall in northeast Iceland, rumored to be the most powerful in Europe, with an average water flow of 193 m3/s. Take in the view of 45m high and 100m wide falls and take some photos to show off back home. Then on to Borgarfjörður. Arrive in Borgarfjorour and check in to a guesthouse. Overnight at Guesthouse.

East, Öræfajökull Volcano is known for its soaring, ice-capped peak, Hvannadalshnúkur. You may opt to take a glacier hike on your own. Later we continue to Vík. Check in Hotel. Overnight at Hotel
Breakfast at Hotel. Today we will visit Reynisfjara Beach – Visit Reynisfjara Beach, just outside of Vík. Its black sand and ominous rock formations offshore make for stunning photos. Take some time to watch the foaming white waves crash over the black sand (but don’t get too close, the waves here can be extremely powerful), explore the shallow cave if weather and time permits, and get a photo of the basalt sea stacks. Later visit Seljalandsfoss Waterfall Visit Seljalandsfoss. Seljalandsfoss is a 60m (196 ft) tall waterfall located along the popular ring road. Behind the flow of water is a path, allowing visitors to peek behind the curtain of water cascading over the rocks above. Then on to Skógafoss Waterfall. Visit Skógafoss, one of the largest and most recognizable waterfalls in Iceland. The 60m (200 ft) high falls forms a constant mist that floats in the air, if viewed in the sunlight the mist can create rainbows. The sound and view of the thundering water cutting through the green hills make the falls a must-see on any trip to Iceland. Then on to Gullfoss Waterfall. Discover one of the most impressive waterfalls in Iceland, Gullfoss and complete the tourist circuit known as the Golden Circle. This massive waterfall cascades over three “steps” before spilling into a large crevice. Fed by a glacier lake, the water passing through the falls can be a dark grey depending on how much sediment gets pushed through the river. Finally visit Geysir. See a variety of geothermal pools and the erupting hot spring Strokkur. Geysir is one of the oldest geysers recorded in the world, but is most often dormant. Strokkur erupts a spray of boiling hot water straight into the air about every ten minutes. Another one attraction for the day isThingvellir National Park . We will take a stop at Thingvellir National Park, a UNESCO world heritage site, to see the tectonic faults created by North American and Eurasian tectonic plates shifting apart. The Oxara river cuts through the largest rift in the valley, Almannagja, and leads to the Oxarafoss waterfall. Iceland’s parliament was also established in the area in 930. The park was later created to protect the remains of the open-air assembly grounds. One of the most-visited sights in Iceland, the park is an excellent spot for camping, hiking and snorkelling between the tectonic plates. Then on back to Reykjavik. Arrive and check in hotel. Breakfast at Hotel. Today morning Private Guided City Panoramic Tour of Reykjavik. This tour provides an excellent opportunity to discover various things to see or to do in Reykjavík during your stay in Iceland. On this tour you will see the The old Höfði house where the all-important summit between the presidents Ronald Reagan and Mikhail Gorbatsjov took place in 1986. Höfði house is also believed to be occupied by a ghost known as the The White Lady. The tour proceeds to the the Harpa concert hall and conference centre which was the 2013 winner of the European Union Prize for Contemporary Architecture – Mies van der Rohe Award. We will check out the City Centre. You will see Hallgrímskirkja church, whose design was inspired by basalt lava columns – a common volcanic rock formation in Icelandic nature. We will visit the viewing platform at Perlan glass dome which provides a 360° view over Reykjavík. After enjoying the view over Reykjavík from Perlan you will see Bessastaðir the official residence of the President of Iceland. Afternoon free at leisure to explore Reykjavik on your own. Overnight at Hotel

What’s Included in Tour Price
Hotel Accommodation: Prices per person are based on minimum 2 people travelling together.
Breakfast will be Continental in most hotels and Buffet in some hotels. Normally for a Silver Category it will be full breakfast except in London where it can be Continental Breakfast.
All included train travel will be in Standard Class and air travel will be in Economy Class normally on Budget Carriers. For Air travel on Budget Carriers only 1 Piece of checked in baggage of 15kg will be permitted on your flights. Additional Baggage or additional weight will be charged at the airport. Cruise will be based on Inside Cabins (2 to a Cabin-Bunk Beds) as mentioned in the program.
All Sightseeing tours are on Seat in Coach Basis and in most cities you will have to make your own to the departure point. In some cities you will be picked up from your hotel or the nearest pick up point.
When booking triple rooms please note that the third bed is based on sharing the existing bedding (two beds) in a twin-bedded standard room or maybe a “roll-away” bed. Availability of triple rooms is limited. Substitute hotels may be used at certain times and will be of similar standard whenever possible. Please note that single rooms in Europe may be smaller than twin-bedded rooms.

Air fares to and from Europe, airport taxes, passport and visa fees, insurance, city taxes at hotels, laundry, phone calls, beverages, meals not detailed in the itinerary, tips to motor-coach drivers and local city guides, items of a personal nature, excess baggage, optional excursions.
Reservations and Payments
All reservations are to be booked in advance. In case any reservation is booked less than 30 days in advance we might have to charge a surcharge in case due to the difference in train and airfare within Europe.
All reservations once confirmed must be paid a deposit of 25% of the total tour fare within 2 days of reservations if booked earlier than 45days prior to arrival date.
Balance payment for the tour must be paid at least 45days in prior to arrival date. In the event full payment is not received 45days prior arrival we reserve the right to charge a surcharge for additional train or airfares if any in the reservations.
If reservations are done less than 45days in advance than once reservations is confirmed we require full payment within 2 days of reservations.
We reserve the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation charges should payments not be received within the above specified periods.
Any special meal requirements will be made on a REQUEST basis only. We cannot GUARANTEE special meal requests nor will it assume any responsibility or liability if passengers’ special meal requests are not fulfilled.
Travel Documents
Travel documents, including any air tickets and instructions for joining your tour in Europe will be sent to you approximately 7 days prior to tour departure provided full payment has been received. If you’re leaving home earlier, ask your Travel Agent to request travel documents in good time.

Cancellations, Refunds and Booking Changes
Notice of cancellation must be made in writing either by email or fax directly to us . A fee of Euro 50 per person will be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed unless the change increases the value of the booking. A change of tour date or tour itinerary within 21 days of tour departure will be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply except when the change is to an earlier tour departure of equivalent or greater value in which case a Euro 30 per person amendment fee will be charged. The following scale of charges will apply when notice of cancellation is given after the booking is confirmed.
Up to 21 days prior to start of tour: Euro 100 per person
14 Days to 20 Days prior to start of tour: 30% of tour fare
7 Days to 14 Days prior to start of tour: 50% of tour fare
1 Day to 6 Days prior to start of tour: 100% of tour fare
General Information and Conditions
Tour Prices: Are based on costs and exchange rates as at 11th Jan 2019. Should these costs change, a surcharge may be made on the price of your tour. No surcharges in respect of cost or currency fluctuations will be made once payment for the deposit of your tour is received. This guarantee excludes fuel surcharges and does not apply to any taxes, charges or levies imposed by any government or their agencies. In exchange for these guarantees, no refund will be made if costs are reduced.
Itinerary Variations: THE TRAVCO in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary, we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels.
Tour Cancellation: THE TRAVCO reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control.

THE TRAVCO referred to as the Operators, are the agents for THE TRAVCO we have empowered the
Operators on its behalf to undertake the following duties:
The Operators shall be responsible to the passenger for supplying the services and accommodations described in this program, except where such services cannot be supplied or the itinerary used is changed due to delays or other causes of whatever kind or nature beyond the control of the Operators. In such circumstances, the Operators will do their best to supply comparable services, accommodations and itineraries and there shall be no refund in this connection.
This program represents the entire agreement between the passenger and the above-mentioned Operators.
In the absence of their own negligence, neither the Operators nor their agents or co-operating organizations shall be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution of equipment or any act or omission whatsoever by air carriers, hotels, transportation companies, or any other persons providing any of the services and accommodations to passengers including any results thereof, such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. Nor shall they be liable for injury, illness or death, or for any damages or claims whatsoever arising from loss, negligence or delay from the act, error, or negligence of any person not their direct employee or under their exclusive control. All baggage and personal belongings are at all times at the passenger’s own risk. Baggage Insurance is recommended. The carriers, hotels and other suppliers who provide services on tour are independent contractors; they are not agents, employees or servants of the Operators or their associated companies. The Operators are not responsible for any criminal conduct by third parties.
Where the passenger occupies a motor coach seat fitted with a safety belt, neither the Operators nor their agents or co-operating organizations will be liable for any injury, illness or death or for any damages or claims whatsoever arising from any accident or incident, if the safety belt is not being worn at the time of such accident or incident.
Transportation companies, airlines etc. are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on-board planes, transportation or conveyances. The passenger contracts in use by the airlines or transportation companies when used shall constitute the sole contract between the airline, transportation company and passenger or purchaser of this tour and the Operators assume no responsibility in this connection. Enrolment in and payment for a tour shall constitute agreement and acceptance by the passenger of the terms and conditions set forth in this program which cannot be varied except in writing by an officer of the Company. All matters arising are subject to English law.
Every effort is made to ensure the program accuracy, however THE TRAVCO cannot be held responsible for printing or typographical errors, or errors arising from unforeseen circumstances.

Quote does not mean confirmation of the booking. A line of confirmation is required to enable us to hold the booking after due advances are made. The car offered in the tour is not at disposal, it will cover points as per the itinerary and for any deviation, the cost of extra Kms needs to be settled directly with the driver on tour itself.
