Arrive Kathmandu, Meet & greet and then we will proceed for sightseeing of Kathmandu City – Durbar Square complex of palaces,

courtyards and temples, built between the 12th and 18th centuries, used to be the seat of the ancient Malla kings of Kathmandu. An intriguing piece here is the 17th century stone inscription set into the wall of the palace with writings in 15 languages. The Durbar Square, protected as a UNESCO as a world heritage site, is the social, religious and urban focal point of the city. There are also museums inside the palace building. Pashupatinath Temple – One of the most sacred hindu shrines in the world, pashupatinath lies 5 Km east of the city center.

drive to Pokhra which will take about 6 hours drive and is about 200 Km. Pokhara is a place of remarkable natural beauty. The serenity of Phewa Lake and the magnificence of the fish tail summit rising behind it create an ambiance of peace and mazic. At an elevation lower than Kathmandu, it has much more tropical feel to it, a fact well appreciated by the beautiful diversity of flowers which prosper in its environ.

 

 

Itinerary

01: Kathmandu Arrival

Arrive in Kathmandu Arrive in Kathmandu, meet and greet, and then drive to Kathmandu: The palace, courtyard and temple complex on Durbar Square were built between the 12th and 18th centuries. The former ancient seat was the king of Malad Kathmandu. A fascinating object is a 17th-century stone inscription, embedded in the walls of the palace, containing inscriptions in 15 languages. Durbar Square is listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO and is a social center. Museum Pashupatinath Temple in the palace building: Pashupatinath is one of the oldest Hindu temples in the world, located 5 kilometers east of the city center. Lord Shiva Chronicle pointed out that the temple existed before 400 AD. Devotees can perform ritual bathing in the sacred Bagmati River (Bagmati River), which is adjacent to the temple, which is also a World Heritage Site. Boudnath Stupa: Located about 6 kilometers east of the center of Kathmandu, it is the largest stupa in the valley.Its height is 36 meters and one of the most interesting examples of stupa design can be seen. The World Heritage Site Boudnath is also known as Hasti. There are more than 45 Buddhist monasteries in the area. Overnight in the hotel. 

 

Day 02: Kathmandu – Pokhra

After breakfast. Transfer to Pohra, the car will take about 6 hours by car, about 200 kilometers from the hotel. Pokhara is a place with amazing natural beauty. The tranquility of Fewa Lake and the magnificence of the towering Fishtail Peak.Behind it, there is a calm and labyrinthine atmosphere. Lower than Kathmandu, it has more tropical air, a fact known for the luxuriant flowers and exotic plants around it. In the valleys around Pokhara, there are dense forests, turbulent rivers, emerald green lakes, and of course the world-famous Himalayan mountain landscape. Overnight in the hotel.

Day 03: Pokhra – Lumbini

 In the early morning, we drove to Sarangkot at dawn. Tour after breakfast.Departing from Pokhara City, take a boat tour to Fewa Lake. Transfer to Lumbini in the afternoon. Upon arrival, visit the birthplace of the Buddha. Overnight in the hotel.

Day 04: Lumbini – Sravasti

 After breakfast, drive to Sravasti. Visit Jetvanaram andCorner hole. Overnight in the hotel.

 

Day 05: Sravasti – Kushinagar

After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Kushinagar. Arrived in Kushnagar. : Kushinagar-Varanasi After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Varanasi.Upon arrival, check into your hotel and drive to Sarnath (14 km) to visit Dhamekha Stupa and Deer Park. Return to Varanasi and hotel accommodation. Overnight in the hotel. 

Day 06: Kushinagar – Varanasi

After breakfast at hotel then drive to Varanasi. On arrival check in to the hotel and then proceed to Sarnath (14 kms), Visit Dhamekha Stupa and Deer park. Back to Varanasi & Check-in hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Day 07: Varanasi - Bodhgaya

The Ganges has a picturesque view of the sunrise. Return to the hotel for breakfast. After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Bodhgaya (250 kilometers (05 hours drive)) and then to Bodhgaya.And transfer to the hotel. Free meditation night for Mah Bodhi. Overnight in the hotel.

Day 08: Bodhgaya

 After breakfast, you can take a day trip to Bodh Gaya, visit Moabo Bodhi Temple, Sujata Village, Nilanana River, 80-foot-high Buddha statue and various international monasteries. Overnight in the hotel. 

 

Day 09: Bodhgaya – Rajgir /Nalanda – Bodhgaya

Bodh Gaya-Rajil/Nalanda-BodhGaya have breakfast at the hotel. Excursion to Raj (65 kilometers).Visit Gridhkutta (Bald Peak), World Peace Stupa, Venuvanaram Prison and Bimbisar. After lunch, drive to Nalanda (12 kilometers) to visit the remains of an ancient university. It is one of the oldest universities in the world and an international center for Buddhist studies. Then return to Bodh Gaya and drive to the hotel upon arrival. Overnight in the hotel. 

 

Day 10: Bodhgaya – Patna Departure:

Breakfast at the hotel, then rest. After lunch, drive to Patna. Upon arrival, transfer to the airport to transfer your flight to the next destination. …

COST EXCLUDES: 

  1.       Air Fare / Train fare with taxes until specified in the Cost Inclusions.
  2.       COVID test costs, if required by the destination of your visit.
  3.       Vehicles quoted in the package will only cover Sightseeing / Places as mentioned in the itinerary         and are not at Disposal, until specified. Extra usage of vehicles other than sightseeing          mentioned in the Inclusion, will be charged extra.
  4.       Travel Insurance and Meals other than those not specified in the above “cost includes”.
  5.       Any expenses of Personal nature such as Mini bar items, Optional Tours, laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, mineral water, soft & hard drinks, rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, joy ride (Toy Train), portage etc not forming the part of the given itinerary.
  6.       Entrance Fees & Guide charges, until not included in “Cost Includes”.
  7.       Any cost arising due to natural calamities such as landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), flight delays, on tour changes etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
  8.       Any increase in taxes or fuel price OR seasonal surcharges (due to festivals / events at the place of visit), leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure. 
  9.       Any on-tour changes / last minute changes while on tour, will be charged extra. Applicable cancellations will be levied in case of last minute cancellations as per hotel policy.
  10.       5.00% Govt. Service Tax.
  11.       Anything which is not mentioned in Cost Inclusions.

  2.       If at all the given hotel is not available then a hotel at par will be offered.
  3.       The above quote is based on as of date pricing. Any increase in the airfare / hotel cost due to seasonality, tax change, availability on the date of confirmation – will be duly charged. 
  4.       For the confirmation of tour package, we would require a minimum deposit of 30% of the total tour cost quoted to you, balance to be settled at least 15 Days prior to your departure, thereafter the clearance of payments – accordingly the confirmation vouchers will be handed over to you upon receiving 100% payments.
  5.       Prices are valid for the stated travel period and are of defined validity, any change in the dates or number of passengers will lead to re-costing.
