The best time to visit Ladakh is July and August each year, Ladakh is open for tourists from April 15 to October 15, although Leh is open all year, most hotels in Leh is closed from October 16 to April 14 every year, along with Pangong and Nubra due to extreme winter weather. During winter, all of Ladakh faces extreme cold conditions where minimum temperatures drop below freezing point at minus 23 degrees Celsius.

On arrival at the Srinagar Airport , you will be greeted by our representative and will be transferred by Cab to the Hotel. Check in to the hotel. Later proceed to Dal lake to enjoy a breathtaking Shikara Ride in Dal Lake and experience the marine life of Srinagar. Also see the alluring view of the Kashmir valley and enjoy the profusion of colors in the Paradise on Earth. After the delicious breakfast, you will proceed to Pahalgam called as “Valley of Shepherds”. Also known as the village of shepherds, Pahalgam attracts hordes of tourists owing to its gradually dropping temperature and the glistening river, Lidder flowing through here. Upon arrival proceed for an excursion to the Aru Valley. The Aru Valley offers an assorted view and calm environs to tourists. Next, take a tour of the Betaab Valley, set amidst pine trees. After sumptuous breakfast, Proceed for an excursion to the Aru Valley. About 11 km from Pahalgam, the Aru Valley offers an assorted view and calm environs to tourists. After Breakfast, proceed from Pahalgam to Gulmarg en route visit Avantipur. Overlooked by river Jhelum, the town of Avantipur houses two temples that were almost ruined during medieval times. Dedicated to Lord Vishnu and Lord Shiva, these temples display intricate carvings and alluring sculptures along with an impressive architecture. Via Tangmarg Road, and after covering around 50 km, arrive at your destination. Post reaching here, transfer to the hotel and relax for some time. As serene and peaceful as it can get, Gulmarg is truly a fantasy for all. Overnight stay at the hotel/resort.
After breakfast, today you would be on leisure to explore the place; visit the world’s highest Golf Course that the British once frequented to spend their summers (golf kit and caddy charges are at an additional cost). You could enjoy an exhilarating Gandola or cable car ride (Pay Directly). Do note that the Gondola ride is not included in the package and can be availed on direct payment basis; the ride will be operational depending on weather conditions. Later have a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel in Gulmarg “Please note that in case there is heavy snow, a chained vehicle will have to be hired from Tanmarg to Gulmarg on direct payment basis. Morning after breakfast, proceed to Srinagar. On arrival check in hotel. After lunch, Visit to famous Mughal Gardens Cheshma Shahi, Nishat, Shalimar collectively known as Mughal Gardens are contribution of the great Mughal laid out in the 16th century & these fall along the bank of Dal-lake in the heart of Srinagar city & Shankaracharya Temple located on a hillock , thus providing panoramic view of entire city, along the famous Dal-lake & river Jhelum, enroute visiting handloom centre famous for production of Pashmina / Shahtoos shawls & world over reckoned carpets, evening return back to Dlx. Houseboat / hotel for dinner & overnight stay.
Upon arrival in the morning our representative will meet & greet you at Sheikh ul Alam Airport (Srinagar Airport). Later proceed to Kargil. Enroute visit Sonamarg (Known as Meadow of Gold), Drass Village (2nd Coldest Inhabitated place in the World), visit Kargil War Memorial at Drass, Kargil war Famous Peaks (Tiger, Tololing). Morning after breakfast proceed to Alchi, enroute visit Mulbek, Giant Living Buddha Sculpture on Rock Mountain, Lamayuru, the oldest Monastery of Ladakh and Moon Landscape. Arrive Alchi by evening. Overnight stay at the camp.
After Breakfast leave for Leh enroute visit Alchi, Enjoy breathtaking views of Namkila & Fatula Passes. Later proceed to Magnetic Hill which defies the law of gravity. It has been noticed that when a vehicle is parked on neutral gear on this metallic road the vehicle slides up further. Later visit Gurudwara Patthar Sahib – nestled deep in the Himalayas, Driving through a picturesque landscape we reach the confluence of the Indus and Zanskar rivers, 4 km after Nimmu village also visit Hall of Fame. Reach Leh by late noon. Evening visit local market. Overnight Hotel.
After an early breakfast we drive to NUBRA VALLEY, through KHARDUNG-LA the highest motorable road in the world at 18,390 ft, around 39kms from Leh. Nubra Valley is popularly known as Ldorma or the valley of flowers and situated between North of Ladakh between the Karakoram and Ladakh range of Himalayas.
In the afternoon visit Hunder Monastery at Hunder village. Hunder is lying close to the border between India and Pakistan in the north-western part of Ladakh. You can visit the SAND DUNES and also enjoy a camel safari (Optional on direct payment basis). Overnight stay at Nubra.
After breakfast at the camp, visit Diskit Monastery en route to Leh. There are a number of shrines inside the monastery’s complex, like Kangyu-lang, Tsangyu-lang, etc. Diskit Gompa has quite an interesting legend attached to it. It is believed that a Mongol demon once lived here and was considered to be a sworn enemy of Buddhism. Afternoon rest and relax or take a walk to the local market. Overnight stay at hotel.
After an early breakfast, leave for the mesmeric Pangong Tso en route visiting Shey & Thiksey. The Palace and Monastery of Shey, an impressive complex on a hill, was constructed on the orders of King Deldan Namgyal in 1655 AD. It houses one of the largest golden Buddha statues in the country. After the visit, continue towards Pangong, passing through Changla pass, which is around 5360 metres above sea level. Pangong Lake, situated at 4267 metres above sea level, is famed for its serenity. Pangong Lake is a long narrow basin of inland drainage the highest salt water Lake in the world, shared by two countries India & China. Though open to tourists, the lake and its surrounding are under army surveillance. Evening at leisure. After dinner, overnight stay near Pangong Lake.
Post breakfast, you are free to explore, and capture the beauty of the lake in your cameras. Drive back to Leh, enroute visiting Hemis Gompa – the largest monastic foundation of Drukpa Kagyu Order of Tibetan Buddhism. As soon as you reach Leh, check-in at the hotel and take some rest. After dinner, retire to your hotel room.
Enjoy the nature. Today your beautiful stay in Leh draws to a close. After breakfast pack your bags to reach the airport in time to catch your flight back home.
