Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Delhi

Upon arrival at Delhi Airport, get transferred to the hotel by a representative from DTravco. Have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel.

 

Day 02: Delhi - Rishikesh

After breakfast at the hotel in Delhi, drive to Rishikesh in Uttarakhand. Check in at the hotel. Rishikesh is called the Yoga Capital of the World. Later proceed for sightseeing covering Laxman Jhula, Ram Jhula and Parmarth Niketan. In the evening attend Ganga Arati at Parmarth Niketan. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Day 03: Rishikesh - Haridwar

Check out from the hotel in Rishikesh after having breakfast and then drive to nearby holy city of Haridwar in Uttarakhand. Reach Haridwar and check in at the pre-booked hotel. Freshen up and relax. In the evening enjoy wonderful spa therapy called Abhyangam. In this therapy you will be provide rejuvenating herbal body massages with large amount of warm oil. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Day 04: Haridwar (Spa & Ayurvedic Therapy)

Take a delicious breakfast at the hotel. Then get ready for spa therapy for taking Shirodhara. Shirodhara is a form of Ayurvedic & Spa Therapy. In this therapy herbal liquids and oils will be poured gently over the forehead. Later in the evening get ready for Champi Head Massage, a relaxing massaging technique for head and scalp, that will give you ultimate relaxation for your mind and soul. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Day 05: Haridwar (Spa & Ayurvedic Therapy)

Take your breakfast and get ready for spa and Ayurvedic therapy. Today you will involve in two types of therapies namely Green Tea & Honey Wrap Therapy, and R3 Pampering Bath Therapy. Green Tea & Honey Wrap Therapy will cleanse your body and eliminate toxins. It will make your body healthy and give you beautiful skin. It will rejuvenate your mind, body and soul. R3 Pampering Bath therapy will make your skin soft and beautiful; and make you feel fresh and energetic throughout the day.

Day 06: Haridwar (Spa & Ayurvedic Therapy)

Take breakfast and then ready for spa and Ayurvedic therapy. Today you will provided three types of therapies namely Reflexology, Ubtan Wrap, and Body Treatments.

Reflexology, also known as Zone Therapy, involves application of pressure to the feet and hands with specific thumb, finger, and hand techniques. In this therapy, oil or lotion is not used. This therapy is highly effective in relieving pain and alleviating the source of pain. Ubtan Wrap involves a traditional mixture of milk, turmeric powder, besan (chickpeas flour), and other beauty enhancement herbs. In this therapy Ubtan will be applied on your entire body. This will make your skin healthy and glowing. You will also feel yourself rejuvenated. Body treatments will be done with natural flowers and fruits to make you feel completely rejuvenated and relaxed. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Day 07: Haridwar - Delhi - Departure

Have a very hearty breakfast. Pack your bag and baggage. On time DTravco representative will drive you back to Delhi and drop you at Delhi Airport. Board flight back for your home/onward destination with sweet memories of Spa Therapy in North India. The tour concludes.

Inclusions/Exclusions

COST INCLUDES :

  1.       Breakfast at all places and Meals as per described on the Itinerary
  2.       Accommodation on Twin Sharing basis at the Hotels mentioned or Similar
  3.       Sightseeing as per Itinerary.
  4.       All Currently applicable taxes.

 

COST EXCLUDES:

 

  1.       Air Fare / Train fare with taxes until specified in the Cost Inclusions.
  2.       COVID test costs, if required by the destination of your visit.
  3.       Vehicles quoted in the package will only cover Sightseeing / Places as mentioned in the itinerary and are not at Disposal, until specified. Extra usage of vehicles other than sightseeing mentioned in the Inclusion, will be charged extra.
  4.       Travel Insurance and Meals other than those not specified in the above “cost includes”.
  5.       Any expenses of Personal nature such as Mini bar items, Optional Tours, laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, mineral water, soft & hard drinks, rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, joy ride (Toy Train), portage etc not forming the part of the given itinerary.
  6.       Entrance Fees & Guide charges, until not included in “Cost Includes”.
  7.       Any cost arising due to natural calamities such as landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), flight delays, on tour changes etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
  8.       Any increase in taxes or fuel price OR seasonal surcharges (due to festivals / events at the place of visit), leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure. 
  9.       Any on-tour changes / last minute changes while on tour, will be charged extra. Applicable cancellations will be levied in case of last minute cancellations as per hotel policy.
  10.       5.00% Govt. Service Tax.
  11.       Anything which is not mentioned in Cost Inclusions.

Quote does not mean confirmation of the booking. A line of confirmation is required to enable us to hold the booking after due advances are made. The car offered in the tour is not at disposal, it will cover points as per the itinerary and for any deviation, the cost of extra Kms needs to be settled directly with the driver on tour itself.

 

IMPORTANT NOTES :

 

  1.       Standard Check in time for major Hotels is 1200hrs and Check out time is 1100hrs. And the rooms quoted unless specified are all based on Standard category Rooms by default and until it is specified in the above “cost includes”.
  2.       If at all the given hotel is not available then a hotel at par will be offered.
  3.       The above quote is based on as of date pricing. Any increase in the airfare / hotel cost due to seasonality, tax change, availability on the date of confirmation – will be duly charged. 
  4.       For the confirmation of tour package, we would require a minimum deposit of 30% of the total tour cost quoted to you, balance to be settled at least 15 Days prior to your departure, thereafter the clearance of payments – accordingly the confirmation vouchers will be handed over to you upon receiving 100% payments.
  5.       Prices are valid for the stated travel period and are of defined validity, any change in the dates or number of passengers will lead to re-costing.
